Michelob Pale Ale
On a select seasonal basis beginning in 1997, year-round in 2008
English-style pale ale
With a delicious floral and citrus nose, this gracefully balanced ale has a beautiful tawny-orange hue and a complex spicy character. After fermentation, the beer is aged on select hops to perfect this undeniable pale ale. This technique is known as dry-hopping.
Our pale ale is dry-hopped with Hallertau, Saaz and Cascade hops to produce a slightly spicy floral and citrus undertone.
Michelob Pale Ale pairs well with full-flavored meats like marbled, dry-aged rib-eye or charbroiled petit filet.
Michelob Pale Ale is ideally served in a European pint glass.
